If you feel your life is in immediate danger, you should contact 999 for the emergency services. 


The emergency line has a feature called the Silent Solutions System, in case you're afraid of being overheard making an emergency call.

Dial 999 and when the operator asks you which emergency service you require, 

dial 55 and the call will be transferred to your local police force as an emergency.

You can also use 101 to give information to the police or make an enquiry.

Citizens Advice Bureau in St Leonards 01424 721458 can signpost to other organisations-

East Sussex number- 03456080191. They are available 8-8pm every day.

03003239985 is a free number and 24hrs helpline. This puts them through to “the Portal”, specialists who will know what questions to ask and how to assess the situation.
