Connection & Wellbeing

These are difficult times and it is important to try and find coping mechanisms you can use to support your mental health and wellbeing.

Some of the things that might be at risk of increasing during this time include loneliness, domestic abuse, anxiety to name just a few.

If you are lonely, scared or worried and would like a friendly phone call, then we can help by offering chats with our listening support team.

We would also like to share some information with you on some of the ways that you can help yourself to stay connected, stay well and stay safe.
